We – Heidi and Peter from the Alpine pasture – are the people behind these holiday apartments in the Dolomites. Together with our children, we ran the Hotel Goldknopf on the Seiser Alm for forty years. Now, with SANVALENTIS, we are fulfilling another dream.

Two people. One heartfelt project. Countless dreams.

You may already know the Hotel Goldknopf on the Seiser Alm. That is where we, Heidi and Peter, welcomed guests for many years. Today, the next generation has taken over. And us? We could simply sit back and enjoy life – if it weren't for one more big dream. That is how the former Haus Tröbinger became SANVALENTIS. A new name. A new chapter.
